I've talked to that guy, and he had to have his body guy add a few coats of 'glass during the install. Just be prepared to do a lot more work than it's likely worth, and unless you have a decent background with body work, don't expect to be able to do it yourself. I got them for the same reason you are looking at them, and I think you're better off finding clean corners for that bumper. At any rate, good luck.
